Commercial Photographer and CRM

A commercial photographer has an integral role to play in CRM and at every stage of relationship building between user and brand. He is like one of the building blocks that is often required at every stage.

Strictly in ad parlance, CRM and DM are often misunderstood and considered the same thing. Quite contrarily, they are different and the difference lies in the very root of both the concepts. CRM is more about the relationship that a customer shares with the product or the service. It is growing with the brand.

There are different needs and expectations at different stages of a purchase cycle and therefore, like any human relationship, the relationship with a brand also has different hues at different stages and periods. And while CRM includes DM and other ATL promotional measures, DM plays a vital role in enhancing and strengthening CRM.

A commercial photographer is useful in both DM promotional measures as well as print and online image creation. It is his duty to make every work a positive step towards connecting the brand to the customers and thereby fortifying the relationship they share.
